QUALIFICATIONS

ADAM PHILLIP BRENNEMAN, APPRAISER

Mr. Brenneman graduated with a Master’s Degree of Science in International Relations Theory from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2010. Mr. Brenneman graduated with a First Class Honors degree. Brenneman also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Washington where he graduated Cum Laude in 2006.

Mr. Brenneman joined RE?SOLVE in January 2007, gaining his Washington State Appraiser Trainee license that year. Mr. Brenneman worked in this capacity until September 2009, at which time he began his Master’s degree in London. Upon completion of his graduate coursework, Mr. Brenneman returned to RE^uSOLVE in September 2010.

In his capacity as an appraiser for RE^uSOLVE, Mr. Brenneman has performed appraisal services for numerous public agencies, and private clients covering a variety of property types.
